We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website. No profiling cookies are used.
Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends JSON via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on cloudschema.digital. The handler is operated by us on the same domain. Data is used only to read and respond to your message and related scheduling. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention: inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete earlier (subject to legal holds).
Your PDPA rights
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting prior lawful processing.
We will verify requests using reasonable means (e.g., reply from the email submitted). We aim to respond within 30 days.
Security
We use TLS for the public site and restrict access to inquiry data to staff who need it to respond. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive medical or financial account details through the form.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed in Thailand where our systems are hosted. We use processors only when necessary to operate the inquiry handler and under appropriate safeguards.
Children
Our services target adults making life-planning decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without parental authority as defined under Thai law.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe your rights have been infringed, after contacting us first.
